This policy explains how Hyppe Tech LLC (“Hyppe Tech”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit hyppe.tech or contact us through it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Scope
This policy covers this website only. Each product or service we operate has its own privacy policy, published on its own website or app. When you use one of those products, its policy applies instead of this one.
2. What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
This website has no account system, no sign-up form, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
3. Third-party services
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address under Google's privacy policy. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your message and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us. We will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Hyppe Tech is based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
